2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital products (PDF journals, guides, ritual kits and bundles, together “digital content”) and, once available, personal astrology reading subscriptions (“readings”). They apply to consumers and business customers; where a rule applies only to consumers, this is stated. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and prices

Product descriptions, page counts, formats and previews are shown on each product page. Images of covers and pages are representative of the actual files. Prices are shown in euros (EUR).

4. How the contract is concluded

• You choose a product and confirm the consent to immediate digital delivery (see section 7).
• You are redirected to our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your email and payment details.
• By clicking “Pay” you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.
• You receive an email confirming your order, the consent you gave, and your download links. Please keep this email.

The contract language is English. We store your order details; you can request a copy at any time.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card details. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. Your order is delivered only after the payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery of digital content

• Digital content is delivered by email immediately after payment, as personal download links.
• Each link works up to 5 times within 7 days. Please save your files after downloading.
• If a link expires or a download fails, contact us and we will send new links free of charge.
• Files are PDFs (A4, printable on US Letter). Fillable pages work in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, GoodNotes, Notability and similar apps.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires once delivery has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent before every purchase and confirm it in your order email. Withdrawal therefore does not apply to downloaded digital content.

8. Licence and permitted use

All content is protected by copyright and remains the property of Lush Rituals. With your purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own private, non-commercial purposes: to read, fill in, print for yourself and store on your own devices.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload or otherwise make the files or download links available to anyone else;
• resell, sublicense, rent, give away or include the files or any part of them in another product, course or membership;
• print copies for distribution, workshops or clients without our written permission;
• remove or alter the licence information printed in the files.

Each file is personalised with the purchaser’s email address and order number. Download links are personal and limited. If we have reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing or resale, we may disable the affected links, terminate the licence and pursue our rights, including the removal of infringing copies from marketplaces and platforms. For commercial or group use, please contact us for a licence.

9. Defective content and guarantee of conformity

Digital content must match its description and work as described. If a file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened, contact us within a reasonable time and we will provide a working file. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund, in line with your statutory rights.

10. Reading subscriptions

Personal monthly readings are not yet available; the following applies once they open. Plans: monthly at €25.00 per month, or yearly at €180.00 per year paid in advance, the yearly plan including a full natal chart analysis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the personal link in your welcome email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Readings are delivered as PDF by email: the first within 7 days of subscribing, then at the start of each month. Personal and business plans differ only in the chart used.

11. Nature of our content

Our journals, rituals and readings are tools for self-reflection, inspiration and personal ritual. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. Astrology readings are offered for reflection and personal insight and do not predict events. If you are in crisis or struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, up to the price paid. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send complaints to info@lushrituals.com. We confirm receipt within 5 working days and aim to reply within 15 working days. Consumers may also turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider; the list of providers recognised in Slovenia is published by the Ministry responsible for the economy. We will inform you of a competent provider if we cannot resolve a dispute together. The supervisory authority for consumer protection is the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
